SAAAD Directory Terms

The SAAAD Directory is not a complete listing of all dental professionals and allied practitioners who work in the field of dentistry in South Africa. The information contained in the SAAAD Directory has been supplied by members who have declared that the information they have provided is true and correct and has not been independently verified by SAAAD. Use of the SAAAD Directory is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use for the SAAAD Site, and also to the following:

The use of the Directory by third parties to verify information about, or the credentials of, dentists (including but not limited to health care entities, hospitals, insurance companies, and/or healthcare fund organisations) is not sufficient to meet the standards of any regulatory agency, licensing agency or credentialing body, such as the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or others. The Directory does not contain sufficient information with which to verify dentist credentials. For further information about verifying dentist credentials, contact the HPCSA by phone or email.

The Directory and/or any of its data, listings or other constituent elements may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, or for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists of dentists. The use of the Directory to establish independent data files or compendiums of statistical information is prohibited.
