Dr. Rohini Bisaal graduated with a degree in dentistry from the University of the Western Cape in 2017. She was also part of the Golden Key Society during her academic career and is now in her seventh year of private practice in Ballito, KZN, with Family Dental Care.
Recently, she obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetics and Restorative Dentistry from the London Dental Institute. She is also a member of the Young Dentist Council (YDC) of South Africa. While practising dentistry, she has completed courses in Clear Aligners (Active aligners and Invisalign), Digital Smile Design, Facial Aesthetics (Botox & Fillers), and advanced CPR.
Community plays a significant role in her life, which she nurtures through her social media presence. She actively engages with and provides essential dental information on her dental page and collaborates with various brands on her personal page. She balances her professional career as a dentist with a part-time role as a model/content creator, breaking down barriers between her multiple careers while thriving in both. She is passionate about encouraging young people, especially women, to pursue their dreams regardless of societal expectations. Her greatest passion is to spread positivity and inspire others to strive for their goals and ambitions while remaining grateful for everything.
On a personal level, she has a background in pageantry, having been crowned First Princess at the Miss India South Africa pageant in 2014 and serving as the Brand Ambassador for Uniworld pageants. After experiencing bullying at school for having ‘skew’ teeth, she underwent orthodontic treatment to correct her misalignment, which boosted her confidence and self-esteem. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry—to serve others and help them attain the same confidence she gained.
She places great importance on healthy relationships, positive growth, mental health, and spirituality. She is deeply committed to her self-development practices, which include yoga, meditation, and reading. Moving forward on an upward spiral has always been her goal. She strives to live an authentic, genuine, and inspiring life, hoping to influence others not to believe everything they see online but to trust their unique abilities and talents, while blocking out negativity and fast-paced consumerism.
